Insurance & Payment Policies: 

Monterey Peninsula Dental Group accepts all insurance policies.

Please note that full payment is due at the time of treatment. We accept cash, personal checks, and credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card and American Express.

We will gladly bill your dental insurance plan for you. However, you are ultimately responsible for the entire cost of your treatment. If, for any reason, your insurance plan does not pay part or all of your care, or is slow to pay for services, you are responsible for the remaining balance. We try to estimate the amount that your insurance plan will pay. However, it is important to understand that it is only an estimate and is subject to change. Patients must pay the portion of the fees that are not covered by insurance at the time of treatment.

In special cases, a three month payment plan may be set up with your credit card. Ask us about other payment options.

An adult accompanying a minor child for treatment is responsible for full payment of any fees incurred.

 

Cancellation Policies:

Failure to cancel an appointment with at least two business days’ notice may result in a missed appointment charge.

 

Credit Options for Cash Pay Patients:

Our practice seeks to make our care affordable for everyone, including patients without dental insurance. We’re a preferred provider for Compassionate Finance, who offers custom payment plans to help spread out the cost of care.
