How does the new patient special work?
The new patient special applies to patients establishing care at MPDG for the first time and includes exams and x-rays for just $75, normally a $330 value.
This offer can’t be combined with insurance. If you do have dental insurance and choose to use this offer, MPDG will not bill your insurer for the appointment and you will be responsible for the $75 fee in full at the time of the visit. As using this offer will not affect your benefits, you may use your insurance for future visits instead.

What insurance carriers do you work with?
Monterey Peninsula Dental Group accepts most insurance policies. We do not accept Denti-Cal or Medi-Cal.
Please note that full payment is due at the time of treatment. We accept cash, personal checks, and credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card and American Express.
We will gladly bill your dental insurance plan for you. However, you are ultimately responsible for the entire cost of your treatment. If, for any reason, your insurance plan does not pay part or all of your care, or is slow to pay for services, you are responsible for the remaining balance. We try to estimate the amount that your insurance plan will pay. However, it is important to understand that it is only an estimate and is subject to change. Patients must pay the portion of the fees that are not covered by insurance at the time of treatment.
What should I expect at my first appointment?
You’ll be assigned to one of our excellent dentists and care teams to receive a full exam and set of x-rays.
